We don’t just prepare the BBQ; we encourage the event host and guests to get involved in the BBQ process. We help the host select meats, rubs, sauces and choose the correct meat/wood combination to get the exceptional flavor you and your guests will remember. Our Custom Made Pit will hold approximately 450 pounds of meat, but no event is too small.
